We are friendly team covering a wide variety of work in a typical week. Our recruitment process gives ample time to check expectations are realistic on both sides, so we have a low turnover of established staff. We all work hard but recognise that time away from work is equally important, so we take care to protect the work:life balance for each individual.

We only recruit qualified and experienced plumbers who live locally within our coverage area, so that emergency calls can be attended promptly. Part of our reputation is in solving problems where others have given up, so problem solvers will enjoy plenty of challenges. Most of the time our technicians work on their own, but we always have a weekly team meeting to catch up with each other and receive updates or training.
